Overall nice facilities in general, particularly good location hard to believe it is so close to the bustle of the Fields Ave area. Fine food for breakfast at the restaurant. Early check in and late check out. A quaint and legendary hotel, my first choice in Angeles.

The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Fit and finish of closets and all plumbing devices was first class. Aircon and electronic devices were state of the art.
Poor guest relations attitudes and lack of courtesy at the front desk. Unsatisfactory service in the bar. Was unable to read other guest comments as only one was submitted and five are required for to display responses.

The hotel was perfect and tidy with beautiful views. the rooms were huge and carpeted, equipped with air conditioning and a couch. the hotel has an excellent location in the Clark area, very close to a rain forest and with an open-air restaurant nearby.

The hotel is amazing. Rooms are very large with excellent facilities. The shuttle service is like nothing I have ever seen.
Service by the pool is lacking and the pool needed a good paint job. Would not recommend Angeles City as a tourist destination. Very seedy.

The pool area was amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The poolside snacks were delicious and the service was top-notch. It was great to be just outside the hustle and bustle of the main area, but still within easy reach.
Felt at home, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic stay at Lewis Grand. I was there for a long layover and arrived early in the morning. Despite the check-in time being later in the day, the hotel staff accommodated me and provided a room ahead of schedule. The Executive Suite I stayed in was spacious and luxurious. I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet atmosphere, considering its proximity to the lively Fields Ave area. The bar had a great selection of cocktails and the room comfortably fit three people. a grand experience.
I do recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for our romantic getaway. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, as well as the complimentary breakfast.
The hotel was in poor condition. We noticed cracked tiles in the hallways, stained carpets in the rooms, and a poorly maintained swimming pool.
